  • Hosting License Assistance

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account information.
  • Maintain secure passwords.
  • Provide valid server credentials when requesting support.
  • Maintain legal ownership of hosted content.
  • Create regular backups unless backup management is included in your service plan.

4. Prohibited Activities

  • Illegal activities.
  • Malware distribution.
  • Spam or unsolicited email.
  • Phishing or fraud.
  • Copyright infringement.
  • Unauthorized access attempts.
  • Hosting malicious software.

5. Payments

Invoices must be paid before the due date. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. Taxes and applicable government charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

6. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the specific service purchased. Custom server management, emergency support, migration services and completed technical work are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Security

We follow industry best practices including firewall management, server hardening, malware scanning and secure authentication. However, no online service can guarantee complete protection against every security threat.

8. Limitation of Liability

eHostSupport shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages including loss of profits, business interruption, data loss or downtime resulting from customer actions, third-party services or events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party providers including WHMCS, cPanel, Plesk, CloudLinux, LiteSpeed, payment gateways, registrars and cloud providers. Their individual terms and policies also apply.

10. Privacy

Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We never sell customer information and only use collected data for providing services, security and legal compliance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Nashik, Maharashtra, India.

eHostSupport reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
